This Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week course teaches the principles developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Research has shown that eight weeks of MBSR training can actually rewire your neural networks and reduce stress to create a healthier, more resilient, productive and peaceful you.
Over the course of the program, you’ll acquire a toolkit for integrating mindfulness into your daily life in a variety of ways and for becoming a mindful, compassionate leader. You’ll also learn about the neuroscience and scientific evidence behind mindfulness, stress reactivity and stress response cyles.
