Join us for a weekend immersion in all things mindful to power your productivity, awareness, and joy for life, set along the beautiful wooded shores of Lake Michigan in Harbor Country, Michigan.
Whether it’s your first introduction to mindfulness or part of your ongoing practice, you’ll come away refreshed and reenergized with greater clarity, a renewed sense of purpose and balance, and a toolkit to integrate into daily life enhancing productivity, developing greater awareness & insights, and elevating your authentic leadership.
Led by Ashley Nelson with hand-picked collaborators, this experience includes:
Daily yoga—Yin and Vinyasa Flow
Multiple daily meditations—breath, body scan, compassion-metta, walking, and open awareness
Inspiring learning sessions on such topics as stress management, resilience, neuroscience, and mindful leadership
A special breathing workshop to decrease cortisol levels and increase oxygen flow for better health and enhanced productivity.
An equine experiential workshop, to help reduce stress and practice equanimity with four-legged friends
A special farm dinner under the stars
Noble silence—extended periods of intentional quiet
On-site, professional massage (included in registration)
Individualized acupuncture session (optional for an additional fee)
