In Sanskrit, the word yoga means union. That’s a perfect description for what happens when we practice yoga—a unification of our minds, bodies, and spirits.

For centuries, and especially in eastern traditions, yoga has been practiced to prepare the body for meditation.  Yoga positions combined with breathing techniques settle the nervous system, trigger relaxation, decrease stress levels, and impart a sense of well-being.

Inseus yoga instructors teach in a dynamic, fun, non-dogmatic style accessible to beginners as well as advanced yogis. Certified hatha yoga instructors, they have trained with leading, global experts in an approach that is light-hearted and authentically kind.

Instructors are experienced in teaching yin, ashtanga, restorative, vinyasa flow, and alignment-based classes. Using music and props as needed, they ensure that learners at all levels and body types can participate and leave smiling and reconnected to themselves.

Turnkey corporate yoga programs

Inseus helps organizations incorporate corporate yoga into employee programming effortlessly. We take care of all the details: internal marketing; teachers; design and scheduling of classes to serve all; consulting on space considerations, equipment and supplies; and regular digitized feedback from participants to evaluate program effectiveness and foster continuous improvement.

Typically, organizations engage Inseus for:

  • Group classes onsite at your offices or other location. Classes can include a four-session Yoga for Beginners class as well as regular sessions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners

  • Executive level, 1:1 yoga training

  • Multi-day yoga retreats at the Inseus Green Light Center or other destination studios at locations across the US.

We also offer tailored yoga events, such as:

  • Yoga for Athletes to improve focus, agility, and resilience.

  • Yoga for Runners to build endurance and flexibility.

  • Yoga for Couch Potatoes to counteract the impact of inactivity.

  • BROGA.  Yoga for men, need we say more?
