Ashley Nelson transforms lives and empowers leaders with insight, courage, and connection. Blending real-world leadership experience with science-backed insights on emotional intelligence and mindfulness, Ashley inspires audiences to get off autopilot and unlock a new way to BE.
Before founding Inseus, Ashley spent more than 25 years scaling businesses and leading global operations, including serving as the head of the Americas business unit at The Fossil Group, a Fortune 500 company. She led international businesses through transformation and multiple restructures while simultaneously navigating a serious illness with one of her children.
Now five years cancer-free herself, Ashley brings both strategic perspective and deep humanity to her work. Along with advanced certifications in applied neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence, this blend of business acumen and lived experience allows her to connect with audiences in a way that is both relatable and deeply impactful.
Through authentic storytelling grounded in real-world examples and evidence-based practices, Ashley helps audiences discover a new way to navigate change, strengthen relationships, and lead with intention. Her sessions are interactive, memorable, and leave participants ready to create meaningful change in both their personal and professional lives.
When she’s not on stage or working with leaders, Ashley enjoys exploring the world with her husband and daughters, cycling the backroads of Southwest Michigan, and rowing on the Chicago River with fellow breast cancer survivors.
