Inseus retreats invite you to step away from distractions and focus on areas of greatest need—self care, stress management, insight, collaboration, connecting with purpose, and dialing up your emotional intelligence.

We offer a turnkey solution for totally customized retreats, lasting from one day to a full week, and held either at our Green Light Retreat Center, onsite at your organization, or at another destination of choice. We do it all: marketing, faculty, scheduling, digital takeaways to integrate into daily life, and feedback from participants to assess impact. We also offer consultation on off-site accommodations, meals, and extra-curricular activities.

Immersive experiences

Each Inseus Retreat is a total experience, led by our expert team of trained and certified teachers and enriched by a wide variety of group and individual experiences, introspection, and renewal. Retreats may include any or all of the following:

  • Daily Yoga Classes—stretch your body and mind through a blend of alignment, dynamic poses, invigorating flow, restorative, and yin yoga; accessible for all levels.

  • Holistic Well-Being—soothe mind, body, and spirit with a variety of treatments including massage, acupuncture, energy healing, and more.
