A two-day leadership accelerator at the intersection of human skills, neuroscience, and performance.
This highly interactive, practical experience is built around real world scenarios, candid conversation, and immediate application. You’ll gain skills to effectively navigate uncertainty, change your relationship with stress, and access a new way of being.
Sessions are designed to close the gap between knowing and doing, so you leave ready to integrate new tools into everyday life.

Ashley Nelson
Ashley Nelson is the founder of Inseus and a sought-after speaker, coach, advisor, and facilitator helping leaders elevate how they lead and live. A former Fortune 500 senior executive who led global business units at The Fossil Group, she brings over 25 years of experience scaling brands, building high-performing teams, and driving meaningful results.
An alumna of the University of Michigan, Ashley holds advanced certifications in mindfulness-based stress reduction (UC San Diego School of Medicine), emotional intelligence and applied neuroscience (SIY Global Leadership Institute), as well as DiSC and hatha yoga. She seamlessly blends science with real-world leadership to create transformational experiences that strengthen resilience, trust, and performance.
At her core, Ashley believes leadership starts with self-awareness. Whether working with organizations or individuals, she helps people unlock their potential and create lasting impact—at work, at home, and beyond. Outside of her work, she’s often exploring the world with her husband and daughters, cycling Southwest Michigan, or rowing on the Chicago River alongside fellow breast cancer survivors.
Barbara Boselli
Barbara Boselli is a leadership trainer, speaker, and executive coach with over 15 years of experience working and leading teams in Fortune 500 companies, including Google and L’oreal.
Integrating neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness, Barbara equips leaders with practical tools to strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and develop high-performing, trust-based teams. Her work bridges inner growth with measurable business impact.
Barbara holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She is certified by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and holds a PCC certification and a degree in Spiritual Psychology.
She lives in Westport, CT with her husband and two sons, and loves to travel, spend time in nature, and a good conversation.
