One-Day Silent Meditation Retreat - Live & In-Person

Shhhhh...it's time to step away from the endless noise. For one day on November 12th, 2022, join us for this special retreat and immerse yourself in several types of mindfulness meditation.

Led by Inseus founder, Ashley Nelson, this Vipassana style Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Meditation retreat will help you:

  • Calm the monkey mind.

  • Sharpen your awareness to see things as they really are.

  • Experience what’s going on in your body at the level of sensations.

  • Explore breath, body scan, compassion, visualization, and moving meditations such as walking and gentle hatha yoga.

The Dāna Tradition

In keeping with Vipassana and Buddhist traditions, this is a donation-based or dāna retreat. Dāna is an ancient Pali/Sanskrit word meaning "generosity," "giving" or "gift." We ask that you pay what you’re able for this day-long retreat—whatever is collected will be directly donated to the teachers who are volunteering their time and expertise.

  • When: Saturday, November 12th, 2022, 9:00 AM—3:00 PM Central Time

  • Where: The Green Light Center in Harbert, MI

  • Pay what you are able. Suggested Donation of $150.00.
