Transforming Lives & Empowering Leaders.

The complexity and frantic pace of modern life takes a toll on leaders at home and at work—there’s pressure to perform at higher and higher levels, all while navigating unprecedented levels of volatility, distraction, uncertainty, and change. The resulting stress and reactivity damages effectiveness and personal well-being, leading to impaired decision making, decreased productivity, and costly turnovers

At Inseus, we believe that dialing up emotional intelligence is the solution. Grounded in neuroscience and the practice of mindfulness, our coaching elevates the four pillars of emotional intelligence—self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and relationship management. Building these four pillars unlocks the kind of insight, resilience, engagement, and compassionate leadership that results in better decision making, improved relationships, greater well-being, and more effectiveness in your professional and personal life.

We deliver this by building a safe, supportive, and confidential coaching relationship with each individual or small group in both in-person or virtual settings.

Inseus coaching has added value to my home life, working relationships and ability to perform by providing me with techniques to better manage stress, be empathetic and understand others perspectives. Consequently, I feel lighter and happier overall and better able to manage my emotions and reactions. I also feel that my conversations and interactions with others are more positive yet direct, and as a result, my message is better received.

A game-changing approach

Individualized coaching—in one-on-one or small group settings—provides an intensive, highly practical exploration of how to become a more insightful, empathetic, effective human being who responds wisely, authentically, and boldly even in the most challenging situations.

Coaching is especially critical if you want to:

  • Create a space for yourself to become a more strategic, less reactive human

  • Lead with greater presence and intention to inspire a culture of high engagement and performance

  • Improve your ability to have challenging conversations—with clients, team members, superiors, or loved ones

  • Expand your capacity for understanding, empathy, compassion, and vulnerability in order to build trust and psychological safety with others

  • Live a more purpose-driven life

  • Successfully navigate a time of enormous stress, a serious challenge, or a great loss in your professional or personal life

  • Practice communication and listening skills that help you connect with others, build successful teams, and strengthen relationships

How It Works…

Inseus individualizes the coaching experience to your unique situation, goals, and circumstances. Whether you’re an individual looking to pursue coaching or an organization looking to sponsor coaching for your employees, we can build a customized program for you. • An Intake Session to discuss opportunities and outcomes

  • Pre and Post Assessments to measure growth and impact

  • Weekly or monthly Coaching Sessions, offered in-person or virtually

  • Follow-up notes and key takeaways shared after each session, plus recommended daily homework

  • Leadership Feedback (360 Review) administered by Inseus and shared, anonymously, with coaching client to move the needle on opportunities

  • A personally curated digital library of practices to incorporate into daily life

  • Check-Ins with sponsor and participant offered, as needed
