Originally designed and tested at Google, the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Program teaches practical mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership tools to help individuals unlock their full potential at work and in life.
Taking an evidence-based approach with a combination of neuroscience, attention-training, and emotional intelligence, the SIY Program provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in life and at work. We start with a foundation of mindfulness, and build the core emotional intelligence domains that lead to sustained peak performance, strong collaboration, and outstanding leadership.
HOW SIY Works
The SIY Program kicks off with a live (in-person or online) training, followed by a four week online journey. It is highly interactive, featuring approximately one-third content and two-thirds experiential exercises, including one-on-one group conversations, attention-training practices, journaling, and listening activities. It includes three components:
Live Training: A series of highly interactive in-person or online sessions, exploring the core emotional intelligence capacities
28-Day Challenge: Daily emails containing exercises and resources to support building new habits
Capstone Webinar: At the end of the 28-Day Challenge, reconnect with your cohort to discuss strategies for sustaining the practices longterm
